Have you ever wondered how it’s possible to take photographs without using a camera? We’ll show you how!

All we need is cyanotype paper (a special photographic paper that reacts to sunlight), sunshine, a few plants or small objects, and a bit of water. We place the materials we want to capture—leaves, blossoms, twigs, or anything we like—onto the paper. When the paper is exposed to sunlight, the objects leave behind clear silhouettes. In this way, sunlight allows us to capture the shapes of nature without using a camera.
