OrderIn his Braunschweig exhibition, Clemens von Wedemeyer devoted himself to the complex phenomenon of language, sometimes considering it in terms of its ethically questionable, psychodiagnostic examinability. Based on the history of the language archive founded by Eberhard Zwirner, which resided in the Villa Salve Hospes in the 1940s, he developed a haunting audio trail. His annual edition depicts the robed sculpture of the Roman goddess Pax made to speak that confronted visitors with the computer-generated voice of Google in the rotunda at the beginning of the exhibition.
