Workshop: Blackout Poetry

The workshop Blackout Poetry is the start of the new member program Angenehme Anlässe. The Kunstverein Braunschweig would like to create a regular occasion for its members to come together at the Kunstverein or at befriended institutions to exchange ideas and create common experiences.
Blackout poetry is a form of creative destruction, in which the original content of a text is altered to create something new. Words and sentences of a text are blacked out with a marker and the remaining words and sentences are used to create a new poetic text. Newspapers, magazines, novels, etc. serve as a basis for recombination.
If the weather is fine, in the garden of the Kunstverein, with wine and snacks.
